1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Sophie's, a hair and nails salon, wholesale trade supplier, and training centre on the Isle of Man. Sophie's is a business name registered in the Isle of Man under the Registration of Business Names Acts 1918 and 1954, registration number 031863B, owned and run by Sophie Corlett, trading from 69 Greenlands Avenue, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 2PQ. By booking an appointment, ordering from our trade shop, enrolling on a course, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What we offer
Sophie's brings three services together under one business: • Salon: hair and nails appointments, including cuts, colour, balayage and gel • Wholesale: a trade shop where qualified stylists and salons can order salon products at trade prices • Academy: courses and qualifications for stylists and technicians Prices, services, course dates and stock can change, and appointments and trade accounts are subject to availability and approval.
3. Your account
You can browse the salon, shop and course information without an account, but you will need one to book, order, or apply for a trade account. To create an account you must give a valid email address. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login details secure • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date • All activity that happens under your account Each person may only hold one account.

5. Orders, bookings and payments
Trade shop orders are placed at the prices shown at checkout. These are trade prices before VAT and are only available once we have approved your trade account. Payment is taken securely through our payment providers. We may ask for a deposit to confirm an appointment or a course place. If we cannot fulfil an order or a booking, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid for it. Salon prices are the prices on our menu at the time of your appointment, not the time you booked. If our menu changes between the two, the balance is worked out at the price on the day and we will tell you before you pay it. Anything you have already paid, including your deposit, still counts towards the total. Course fees and any appointment we have agreed a fixed price for do not change once booked. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may mean a deposit is not refunded.
